"Jeff did an exceptional job fixing my car. The bill was a bit high but the expected work and parts were appropriately priced. After the work was completed I paid my bill thankfully having a fixed car. I shortly received a call back saying that I was charged $331 more than I should’ve for parts and work that wasn’t needed to fix my car and was giving an immediate refund. "Had my brakes done here and was pleasantly surprised with how quick they were done. Comparable pricing, very nice people - will be using them again! Update - used Krystal again for another car that wouldn't start. They assessed the car, no mechanical reason found and car started up after being towed. (Go figure) Anyways, they looked at it for free even checked fuel lines etc. Didn't charge me a dime! These people seem honest and reliable. We will be using them again."
